This romantic blouse features red embroidered trim along the ruffles of the high neck and down the front. Shiny red button front closure with elastic ruffled cuffs. The sleeves are gathered at the shoulder for that essential 80's puffy sleeve! The blouse is fabulous alone, but is magnificent worn with the detached spunky red ribbon!
