This beautiful, flowy blouse comes from the high end Hovland-Swanson store in downtown Lincoln, NE, that closed in 1984. Featuring a fully lined bodice with sheer chiffon overlay and sleeves. Elastic waist and a keyhole opening at the neck accented with tie.
