This fantastic secretary dress is perfect for any fashionable 9-5 gal! The totally 80's candy striped fabric is accented with a matching sash. The pleated "V" bodice is accented with an attached bow tie at the throat. The sleeves are gathered at the shoulders for a slight puff sleeve.
