Vintage clothing sizes frequently run differently than modern sizes. While we will ESTIMATE modern sizes for your convenience, it is imperative to compare the noted measurements to a similar garment of your own to ensure a good fit. Garments may be pinned to fit our mannequins so please go by the measurements and not how it looks on the model. Did we say it’s important to use the measurements? Just checking.

Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat and unstretched (double the waist, hip and chest measurements). Remember to allow an extra inch or two to allow for comfort and room for movement.
