As he tries in vain not to look up, Horace the snowman wishes with all his heart that the snowman perched atop his shoulders had chosen to wear pants  that day.

Now this is technically a ladies sweater however   it can be worn by either sex for the purpose of Ugly Christmas Sweater contests/parties.
