This is an authentic US Navy issue seaman's uniform otherwise known as the "cracker jack".

The bell bottomed pants have the traditional 13 button flap in the front and laces in the back. The buttons are plastic with an anchor insignia. Two hip pockets in the front and one back pocket.

The unform shirt has the traditional cracker jack flap in the back. One breast pocket and one white stripe on the left arm.
