Q. Do you ship overseas?

A. Yes, absolutely! We love our international customers and we're happy to ship worldwide. Unfortunately, due to import restrictions we are unable to ship to Algeria, China, Indonesia, Italy, Peru, Spain and Vietnam. Sorry!


Q. Will you ship first class international? It's cheaper.

A. No way. For your protection we ship international packages exclusively via United States Postal Service priority international mail. While first class overseas is cheaper, it cannot be tracked; in our experience it is unreliable and takes entirely too long. We want to ensure your groovy new bell bottoms get to you in the fastest and safest way possible.


Q. What form of payments do you accept?

A. We accept debit cards, major credit cards and electronic checks through our payment processor, Paypal. A Paypal account is NOT required to process your credit or debit card. We may also accept gold bullion or chocolate chip cookies by the ton, on a case by case basis.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. We ship your order within 3 business days of confirming your order and receiving your cleared payment. If paying by electronic check through Paypal, your order will not be shipped until the e-check clears your bank - which usually takes 3-4 business days but can take up to 15 days in rare cases. Please keep this in mind if paying by electronic check and your order is time sensitive. Rush orders receive first priority and ship the next business day.


Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A. Orders shipped within the USA should be received in approximately 4-5 business days. International orders should be received in approximately 10-14 business days. We say APPROXIMATELY as these times are estimated by the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a certain date, we highly suggest our "Rush Shipping" option during checkout for express mailing, which in the USA will be delivered by the next business day or 2nd day, depending on your zip code.


Q. Help! I need these platform shoes by tomorrow!

A. We can totally imagine why anyone would be in a hurry to receive a sweet pair of platforms. We'll be happy to expedite your order via USPS Express mail, which in the USA will reach you the next business day or 2nd day, depending on your zip code. Simply choose our "Rush Shipping" option during checkout. Remember, for those of you paying by electronic check, even if you choose express shipping your order will not be shipped until your e-check clears.


Q. How do I know it will fit me?

A. Using our measurements, we convert each garment to an APPROXIMATE modern size using our Sizing Charts. The modern sizes are an estimate and should be used only as a guide - we cannot stress this enough. The most important thing to do is measure a similar garment of your own and compare the measurements to ours. Lay a piece of your own clothing flat and measure from side seam to side seam without stretching the garment. Refer to our How We Measure page for more information.


Q. Why do you charge a 10% restocking fee on returns?

A. Returns are EXTREMELY rare since we fully and accurately describe each product, many photos are listed, all flaws are noted and we offer many tools to assist our customers in finding the right fit. However, we do accept returns if it doesn't fit, you find that you just don't look good in puce, the plaid pattern makes your butt look lumpy, whatever. Each return must be carefully inspected, re-cleaned and pressed, re-photographed, re-listed, extra bookkeeping...you get the picture. We feel a small 10% restocking fee is fair in light of the extra time and resources required to process returned items.


Q. I need a specific color/size/outfit I don't see listed.

A. No problem! We have literally hundreds of items in stock that have not yet made it online. If you are looking for something specific, simply e-mail us the details. We may just have what you're looking for.


Q. Do you take offers?

A. Ummmmm......only if you are offering more than what we are asking because that polyester disco shirt was just too good to be true. We spend many hours researching a fair market value for each product so we can offer affordable vintage to everyone. However, we will entertain SERIOUS offers on bulk purchases - e-mail us for details.


Q. Do you rent out clothing?

A. Sorry, folks, if you're looking to rent you'll have to visit your local costume shop. Our products are for purchase only but we promise, once you purchase you'll want to wear it again and again!


Q. I need to outfit several people for my costume party. Do you offer volume discounts?

A. We love parties! Volume discounts are available for single orders of 5 items or more and paid with a single payment. Just drop us an e-mail with the items you are interested in and we'll work up a fair discount!
