Returns

Every effort is made to accurately describe and measure each and every garment; all flaws will be noted accordingly so returns are rarely an issue. It is up to you to ensure the garment will fit properly by knowing your clothing measurements and referencing our How We Measure page and Sizing Charts .

However, we do understand it can be somewhat difficult to find a proper fit when purchasing clothing sight unseen. We don't want ANY of our good customers stuck with something they are unhappy with, which is why we offer the following no questions asked return policy.

*Shoot us an e-mail at returns@retroandbeyondvintage.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase to receive a return authorization number.

*The package must be received back by us within 10 days of receiving your return authorization. The item must be returned via the U.S. Mail using whichever mailing method is most convenient and cost effective for you. (UPS and Fed Ex are not an option as they cannot deliver to our P.O. Box.) The package must have delivery confirmation or insurance. This is for your protection and will help us track it down in case the package is lost or decides to take a detour along the way. We simply cannot refund for a lost package that did not have some sort of tracking number, so don't be a cheapskate. MMMMMkay?

*Upon our receipt of the item in the same condition we sent it to you (with original tags intact, if applicable), we will refund your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are processed electronically and will credit back to your original funding source. Original and return shipping costs are never refundable. Please allow us 3 business days to process your refund.

Now I must get on my broom for a second. We realize many of our garments are purchased specifically for costumes/parties/events/whatever and we think that's just groovy. However, on days we've had our coffee, we are pretty sharp - so don't plan to wear your purchase to a party and expect to return it afterward with the remains of last night's shame and cocktails. Because we will know. If this is attempted, not only will we not issue a refund, but we will send you rude gestures from afar and your picture will be posted on our Wall of Shame forevermore.

Now here is when a refund will not be issued:

*The item has been clearly worn for purposes other than trying on;

*The item has been washed, hemmed, taken in or altered in any way;

*Original tags have been removed

Please note returns are not accepted on $1 items, ugly Christmas apparel or other items as indicated in the individual item description.
